LUWIZ places great importance on protecting your personal data. This privacy policy describes what data we collect, why, on what legal basis, for how long, and what your rights are. It complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

The data controller is LUWIZ, 110 Avenue d'Albi, 81150 Marssac-sur-Tarn — contact@luwiz.io.

Data we collect

  • Qualification data: information you voluntarily enter in our lead generation forms (industry, website, stated need).
  • Browsing data: technical data collected via cookies and trackers (see the dedicated section), such as pages viewed, visit duration and traffic source.

We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR.

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

Each processing operation rests on an identified legal basis:

  • Your consent for sending commercial communications and placing non-essential cookies.
  • The performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract when you request an audit, a quote or a service.
  • Our legitimate interest in ensuring the security, proper functioning and improvement of our site.

We retain your data for a limited and proportionate period:
